Nike NTK 2016

Ahead of the 2016 UEFA European Championships, Nike Football teamed with Village Green to create the new season national team kits campaign.

Launching Nike Aeroswift Technology® each kit features a single-knit yarn for enhanced movement and breathability and a double-knit construction for structural strength – creating a lighter and more comfortable garment.

Using this technology as the focus of the campaign brief, we devised a motion capture shoot to track body movement – generating a graphic interpretation of the interplay between athlete and kit.

Each Nike Aeroswift kit is made using approximately 16 recycled plastic bottles, melted down to produce a fine yarn polyester fabric.

The resulting campaign direction establishes the innovative laser-precision narrative behind the garment’s production and high–performance fabric technology.
